Congradulations to Renee Simousek of Madison, WI - She helped a fellow
Packer fan get his TV up and going just in time for the NFL draft!

We received a service request from Samsung on Friday, April 24th. When we
called the customer (avid Packers fans), Mrs. Packersfan told us that her
husband was frantic to have his TV fixed in time to watch the NFL draft. "He
bought this Samsung 50" LCD TV specifically to watch the draft" she stated.
To further complicate things, Mr. & Mrs. Packerfan lived about 70 miles
outside of Madison, WI.

We contacted Guru Renee Simousek in Madison, and she agreed to out the
next day (Saturday) to fix the TV, providing we could get the parts to her in
time. Fortunately, Fed-Ex was able to deliver them Saturday morning, so
Renee was set to go.

A difficult situation only got worse, when a huge storm hit Madison and
surrounding areas on Saturday morning. "Gale force winds were shaking
the house" said Renee. "I really wasn't looking forward to going out
in that storm!"

But she did - and she had the TV fixed by 1:00pm on Saturday - just two
hours before the NFL draft started. The customers were extremely satisfied,
with Gurus2go's service, and with the Packer's picks for the 2009 season!

Renee was able to get this repair done, against all odds, and for her efforts we
are giving her a $100 ticket voucher from Eric's Events. The vouchers are good
for all types of sporting events, concerts, shows, and movies. Renee hopes to
spend the night out at a comedy club with some friends.
